Getting Started
What does CastNova do?
You upload a podcast or video episode (or paste a YouTube URL). CastNova transcribes it, extracts the best moments, and generates ready-to-publish content for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, and TikTok/Shorts — all in your voice.
How long does processing take?
Most episodes are fully processed in 2-5 minutes. You'll see real-time status updates as each step completes: transcription, analysis, generation.
What file formats do you support?
We accept .mp3, .wav, .m4a audio files and .mp4 video files. You can also paste a YouTube URL and we'll extract the audio automatically.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, but it takes 30 seconds. No credit card required for the free tier.
Content & Quality
What does "sounds like you" actually mean?
CastNova builds a style profile from your episodes and edits — your tone, vocabulary, how you open posts, emoji habits, even platform-specific differences. After 3-5 episodes, the output reads like you sat down and wrote it.
What platforms do you generate content for?
LinkedIn (long-form posts), Twitter/X (threads and standalone tweets), newsletters, blog posts, Instagram (caption drafts), and TikTok/YouTube Shorts clip suggestions with timestamps.
Can I edit the generated content?
Yes, everything is editable inline. Click edit on any content piece, make your changes, and it saves instantly. Your edits also feed back into your style profile — the more you refine, the better the next batch gets.
Is this just ChatGPT with a wrapper?
No. ChatGPT doesn't know your voice, can't process audio, can't learn your style over time, and can't produce platform-ready content in one click. CastNova is a pipeline, not a chat interface.

What's included in the free tier?
2 episodes per month, with Twitter and LinkedIn output. Copy to clipboard. No credit card required.
What does Pro ($19/month) add?
Up to 20 episodes per month, all 6 platforms, style learning that adapts to your voice, inline editing with style refinement, download and export, and priority processing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Technical
Where is my data stored?
On our own servers in Europe. Audio files are deleted after processing — only the transcription text is kept. We never share your content with third parties.
What's the maximum episode length?
Up to 3 hours. Most podcast episodes and YouTube videos process without any issues.
Do you post directly to social media?
Not yet. Right now it's copy, download, or export. Direct scheduling is on the roadmap.
