Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

CastNova offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for business customers who use CastNova to process personal data on their behalf.

Our DPA is designed to support controller–processor relationships under applicable data protection law, including Article 28 GDPR.

Who this is for

This DPA is intended for business customers, creators, teams, and other organisations acting as controllers and using CastNova as a processor in connection with the Service.

To request or conclude the current CastNova DPA, please contact:

Please include:

• your legal entity name
• billing or business contact details
• the email address associated with your CastNova account
• any company-specific signature requirements, if applicable

Subprocessors

CastNova uses a limited number of service providers to operate the Service, including providers for hosting, AI processing, payments, and email delivery.

A dedicated subprocessor page is planned. Until then, current subprocessors can be provided on request together with the DPA.

Notes

The DPA is available for business customers on request.

CastNova may update the DPA from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
